Here at PoetsIN, measuring our progress and the progress of the people we work with is paramount.

Using a number of adapted teaching methods, we provide institutions and individuals updates on their progress in a simple-to-digest way.

We have proven with our weekly workshops that we can reduce stress, anxiety, and the effects of depression; having skills in working with those who self-harm and the reduction of self-harming. Not only do we have the proof to support our claims, but we also have the testimonials from the individuals we have worked with.

Whilst working on mental wellbeing, we also teach and measure key personal skills along with English language skills. We have seen such successes from continued attendance at our workshops.
